Sport088 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the rules, rights, and responsibilities governing the use of the sport088 platform. Please read these terms carefully in full before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the sport088 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy If you do not agree with any of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
Acceptance of these terms is deemed to occur the moment you click the "Register" button, access your account, or use any sport088 service, whether via the website or mobile app. These terms are legally binding and enforceable under applicable law.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above. sport088 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account suspected of being registered by an underage individual.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user may only register one account on sport088. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without refund. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. sport088 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to protect your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Prohibited User Conduct
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Sharing your account with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Using the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent means or data manipulation.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Official Currency
All transactions on the sport088 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that any registered bank account belongs to them and is held under the same name as their sport088 account. Transactions using third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Deposit Methods
Sport088 accepts deposits via approved local payment methods, including DuitNow and bank transfers through FPX. Deposits are typically credited shortly after payment confirmation is received. Any delays caused by third-party banking systems are beyond sport088's control.
Withdrawal Rules
Winnings are only paid out to the bank account registered in the user's profile. sport088 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Any attempt to withdraw funds through fraudulent means will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable. All withdrawals are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
4. Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Sport088 Liability Limits
The sport088 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted or completely error-free service. sport088 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
Sport088 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of the platform. Funds in accounts suspended for fraud may be forfeited without refund. Accounts that remain inactive for a specified period may be subject to a maintenance fee or closure at the platform's discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and visual elements on the sport088 platform are the exclusive property of sport088 and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any element of this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from sport088.
Third-Party Links
The sport088 platform may occasionally contain references or links to third-party services. sport088 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
5. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
